  8. Most sections of this documentation are divided into two parts: an HTML page and
  9. the MTX file that created it. By comparing the source (MTX) files with the output
  10. (HTML) files you will quickly understand how to use the formatting elements being
  11. discussed.

  13. Since the curly brace characters (▓│) are "reserved" as part of embedded tags,
  14. they do not normally appear in HTML pages created with MTX. For purposes of this
  15. documentation, special characters have been substituted for curly braces in the
  16. original MTX files. You will occasionally see odd characters when you view these
  17. files.
